Forgetful WIAW

I forgot to take pictures again (for most of the day). This week, I’m using the excuse that I’m running on little to no sleep while we finish up these presentations we are doing each day. Speaking of which, this may be the shortest What I Ate Wednesday post ever because I’m trying to get to work an hour early this morning to give myself plenty of time for set-up and everything I need to do before my participants arrive. Oh well!  Here’s how the day played out:

Breakfast: Egg, Turkey Bacon, Grapefruit, and loads of black coffee


Morning Snack: Banana and almonds

Lunch: Leftover steamed veggies and rice (leftovers from eating takeout Chinese on Sunday night)

Afternoon Snack: Edamame hummus with carrot sticks and grapes

Dinner: Chicken with Italian Sweet-Sour Fennel, a spinach salad, and a just okay Chardonnay


Dessert: 3 small squares of Green & Black’s Hazelnut & Currant Dark Chocolate Bar
